It could be a virus: If you have not received all your immunizations- it could be something you may have to wait out. However, more than likely it is related to wisdom teeth, or possible sinus relate discomfort. A quick visit to the dentist may be all you need to find out and treat the situation.

See dentist: You could have several things going on. Could have an infection, you could be grinding your teeth, you could be putting your tongue between your teeth subconsciously to relieve possible TMJ discomfort. See your dentist for evaluation.
