Everytime i stand up i get a sharp pain in the top right side of my head. i have bronchitis and i'm pretty sure a sinus infection my head also hurts when i cough. what is this?

Sinusitis: Sinusitis can explain your symptoms. The diagnosis can usually be made on history and physical exam. A plain xray will also show it, or a CT scan to get more details - but this is usually not required to treat an initial episode of sinusitis.
