Carpal Tunnel: Your symptoms may be due to a pinched nerve (median nerve) in the wrist called carpal tunnel syndrome.

Plantar fasciitis : Is a condition of the foot not the hand. Numb fingers on the hand may be the result of carpal tunnel syndrome. I would advise a visit to a hand specialist.
