Probable ganglion: Based on your description and the location of the lump, you probably have a ganglion cyst, however this diagnosis can only be made after a physical exam. I would recommend confirming this with your doctor! Ganglion cysts are fairly common, and do not constitute an emergency, so a routine Dr's visit would suffice!
