Severe headache : 29 year old lady with severe headache of 18 hours duration pain radiating down eyelids bilaterally with associated epistaxis and nausea. You need to be seen in an emergency room immediately for a full exam, laboratory and imaging tests. You may have dengue fever, which is a major problem in your area of the world and it could save your life to go to the Emergency Room, call 999. Good luck.
