Heart racing: Heart racing is probably from cardiac arrhythmias. Need to undergo ekg, holter and/ or event monitor to diagnose it. Nosebleeds and eyes blood shot is probably from spontaneous submucosal or conjunctival hemorrages. Headaches - in your current situation need to rule out spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage. Either your BP is too high or your capillaries are too fragile. You need workup.
