?allergy mediated?: Could be allergy mediated symptoms you are having. Sometimes the type of heat you have (forced air through vents, as opposed to floor radiation, etc) can cause dryness, nose bleeds, etc at this time of year as well. If the over the counter allergy medications and saline nasal spray, with the eye drops are not helping, you would benefit form getting examined by an allergist. Best wishes.
