Rest, ice...: The best thing to do is not move the limb- keep it as still as possible. Applying ice if available may help as well. Hopefully it is just a bad bruise and not broken... See http://www.medindia.net/patients/firstaid-fracture.htm

Well, try not to: move it until help arrives. Splint it with something straight and strong, and bind it into place (loosely) with a belt or cloth loosely tied around the splint (away from the injury site, if possible). Can you call 911? They will ask you the specifics (which limb, where is the injury, etc.) and be more helpful. The idea is not to do any more damage by movement or further trauma.

Call 911: 1. Splint it in position of function (bent at elbow and wrist) 2. Elevate it 3. Apply ice

It must hurt a lot..: If you can find something to use to immobilize the limb so if any sustained fracture exists it will not be significantly displaced and will reduce pain. i hope you at least have access to good pain medication. Do get help as soon as possible. take care and be safe.

Broken in the bush: Stabilize the leg as best you can. Sticks and shoe laces can be handy. Focus on the important tasks: keeping yourself safe while waiting for help. Keep warm and if possible with your newly broken leg get to a safe accessible place. Shock will set in, stay focused to remember survival skills. Water, signal, shelter, safety, food.

Call an ambulance: Apply pressure to stop any bleeding. Apply a splint to immobilize it. Find help.

Broken Limbs: Good evening; A more appropriate doctor to respond to this question is the orthopedist. However, logically remain still (no movement); if someone is with you stabilize limb. Contact EMR ASAP.
