Don't smoke: There are several things you can do. First do not smoke cigarettes, this delays healing. Keep the wound clean and dry. Eat healthy food and take a multivitamin daily.

Help,Clean,Eat,Sleep: 4 things 2 help any wound heal faster: 1. Get help from someone who knows what they are doing (a professional). 2. Get the wound clean and keep it clean; foreign bodies and bacteria bring in your immune system which figuratively wages war not healing. 3. Eat healthy--typical western diets are horrid; learn healthy, eat healthy, repeat... 4. Sleep, particularly deep is when the body heals best.
