Seek medical attenti: Call 911 and get to an ER. A gunshot wound needs attention immediately by a trained medical provider. The police should also be notified.

Keep calm.: It really depends on the seriousness of the wound. Superficial glancing or grazing wounds can be treated with standard first aid techniques. Clean the wound apply antibiotic ointment and sterile dressing and watch for infection. More serious deep penetrating wounds will need evaluation for deep tissue trauma. This is bet done under emergency room type settings. Either way, questions are coming.

See a surgeon : Need to make sure there is no occult injury to deeper tissues, debride dead tissue and then keep clean, possibly with dressing changes.
