Pleurisy: Your symptoms suggest pleurisy. This can be caused by either a virus or by bacteria. You need to see your doctor for appropriate evaluation which may include a chest x-ray and/or blood work. If bacterial, antibiotics are advised, In either case, anti-inflammatory drugs can provide great relief. Warm regards.

I woke up with a sore chest. No caughing or sinus. The chest pain went away after a day but moved to the back/my right shoulder blade and my arm is numb. I noticed that it is more difficult to breath and it hurts when I try to breath deep.
