Could be a problem: If the prostatectomy was for cancer, some cancer could be remaining in the body, lymph nodes, bones ETC. If prostatectomy for benign disease to relieve voiding problems, then this is ok. The PSA will go down in a few months. More info is needed. Please ask your Doc who did the surgery.

That's high.: If you've had your prostate removed, then the PSA should technically be zero. So any elevation would be concerning. This would need to be investigated right away. Why was it removed in the first place? If it was removed for cancer, then this becomes particularly worrisome.
