While : While sometimes patient`s might need a combination of psychotropic medications to effectively address their symptoms, this should be done under the careful guidance of a psychiatrist. If this combination is making you excessively sedated and negatively impacting your quality of life, it`s time to make changes. There are other options without those side effects. Also please be aware of the significant drug-drug interactions with luvox, which might be increasing the xanax (alprazolam) and seroquel levels causing excessive sedation. Please talk to your psychiatrist asap and carefully review your medication regimen.

Sounds like heavy: "cocktail." you are on 2 mood stabilizers, a strong antidepressant usually used in obsessive-compulsive disorder, and a tranquillizer. This sounds like a lot. You need to talk to your prescriber about your feeling overmedicated, and if they do not respond, request a second opinion. In general, benzos like xanax (alprazolam) are not a good idea in most psychiatric conditions. Luvox has many drug interactions.
