Treated for chlamydia twice 1g azithromycin, burning from urination has gone but now constantly needing to urinate, no burning. 7days after treatment?

Chlamydia: Chlamydia doesn't usually cause urinary urgency in men. Since the pain with voiding is gone (and you have been over-treated -- 1 dose of azithromycin would have been enough), almost certainly the chlamydia is gone. In men, constant bladder awareness and frequent voiding often is the result of genitally focused anxiety. Probably not serious, but return to the doctor or clinic if it continues.
