Multiple causes: There is a long list of possibilities for more than one joint hurting: generalized conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, other types of arthritis; infections; some medications; metabolic conditions like gout, pseudgout; bleeding disorders (hemophilia, etc). Other include bruising of skin/muscles/tissues over a joint; nerve pains from a variety of causes. See your doc to help you.
