1st trimester: Congratulations on your pregnancy. Generally speaking there are no perfectly safe medications during pregnancy since they have not been adequately tested in humans. The risk is greatest during the first trimester. Cetirizine is category B so "safer" than others. A non-medication alternative is nasal saline. All in all, chances are that your baby will be fine.
