Likely ok: Zyrtec (cetirizine) is considered reasonably safe for pregnancy and will unlikely impact the fetus in a bad way. I would not worry too much about it but do realize that during pregnancy , the you should minimize and scrutinize your medications more carefully especially in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy.
