Asking ?: Depending on where the tooth is located, the direction it is pointing, if it is positioned against another tooth, and the condition of your erupted teeth in the area, the sensitivity may or may not be related to this tooth. Please see a local dentist for an exam.

Surely it may be: If tooth in upper jaw does not have opposing tooth in lower jaw it will undergo passive eruption. Please see your Dentist to create an appropriate treatment plan.
