I have a pilonidal abscess and was given antibiotics by my gp, the abscess is larger and more painful, how to make it drain or relieve pain at home ?

Surgery: You need to visit a general surgeon as soon as possible. The surgeon will perform a small procedure to drain the infection. The sooner this is done the better.
