I would: If you have an infection, I think it's essential for you to be on a proper dose of an effective antibiotic. If I were in your position, I would find a local dentist to see you and evaluate the situation. That's something we can't do over the internet.

Yes, you do: You'll need to establish a relationship with a local dentist to treat your problem. Don't know the reason behind the abscess, but if it is draining it means it's been festering for a while. I would seek immediate assistance.

Evaluation needed: Drainage from a tooth needs antibiotics. It is best to have your mouth examined ASAP. You can goto the local Emergency Department to get list of local dentists. then call to arrange an appointment. Good luck and feel better.
