See a dermatologist: UR Lumps R not well described. I kow nothing about UR Med HX. Could be Gout, Rheumatoid, Fat deposits, see Internist first, he may be able to make DX and treat you or triage U to the proper professional.

Multiple lumps: Are they recent or old? Anyone else in the family have it ? There are familial conditions like familial lipomatosis where individual get lipomas in various places in their bodies, Cowden's disease (which tend to be smaller ), neurofibromatois, osteomas, these are bone masses being usually adolescents or osteochondromas. f/u with with doc Sonograms and xrays can help identify
