Systemic Process: Could be infectious, autoimmune like Lupus, Rheumatoid, another process associated with other medical conditions. You need to be seen and evaluated. Expect blood work, and possible Imaging Studies (X-Ray, CT, MRI) after a thorough History and Physical.
