I have excema all my life(56yrs). it is getting worse with severe itching over various parts of my body. my gp also diagnosed me a month ago with lymphedema. what should i do? must i consult a dermatoligist?

Benefit ???: Many GP's have both the training and experience in dealing with common issues like eczema. The addition of lymphedema, does not change your status significantly as far as the eczema goes. If you would feel better consulting a dermatologist to review your skin care routine & overall treatment, do so. If it would be difficult & you are in moderate control, that is not necessary.
