I have a raised mole on my chest that i've had for a long time. i noticed that if i look closely it has a slight red ring. im 19. should i be worried?

No: Check it about once a month. If it gets bigger, irregular, bleeds or ulcerated, see your doctor. It would be a good idea to take a picture of the lesion so that you can compare the picture rather relying on your memory of the appearance of the lesion. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
