CRPS or RDS is a: complex pain syndrome that doctors and scientists do not understand well. Sure we have treatments for it, but they are not very successful overall and offers no curative intent. Ideal ambient temperature is no different than what your house room temperature should be - 68 to 75 degrees F. I hope you are getting proper treatment for pain relief.
