INFERTILITY: I presume that you've had a complete infertility work up, you have corrected your hypothyroid with medication and all tests are normal. Then ivf would be the next step.

No: Ivf is the most effective treatment for unexplained inferility but is not the only option. Intrauterine insemination along with fertility drugs is entirely reasonable first step.
