Low risk: It is unlikely a stray dog with rabies would be willing to approach a stranger and take food. Did the dog have rabies symptoms? Also is it possible she wiped some of the saliva off? Capture the dog and observe his behaviour for 10 days. Keep your wound clean, is it fresh or old? Low risk. Check with your local authorities. All the best.
