Need medical eval.: I can't provide you a diagnosis, much less recommend a treatment. Abdominal and back pain, loss of appetite and insufficient urinary output are symptoms of a potentially serious health problem.. I recommend that you see your primary care physician promptly for a preliminary evaluation and referral to a kidney specialist or other appropriate specialist.
