No: Hemorrhoid is made up from bulging vein with skin on top. It can move from inside to outside, still attached. You may see blood clots- that almost look like piece of tissue fall out during BM.

Of course no: depending upon their location and size, hemorrhoids can cause rectal bleeding and pain on defecation. You should get yourself checked to see what medical treatment or surgical options may be be ideal for you. Feel good.
