Could be hemorrhoids: Pain, blood, and itching during a BM COULD be hemorrhoids (varicose veins @ anus), but could be more serious. Itching can be a sign of a pinworm infection. Other possibilities could be inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's or ulcerative colitis; or anal/rectal cancer. It's important to have Dr. do a rectal exam; possibly have a look inside rectum with a scope and take biopsies. Good luck!
