Bowel Movement Pain: Pain during bowel movements are usually due to anal fissures (tears in the lining of the anus) or external hemorrhoids which have formed clots inside of them. The best thing to do is to see your physician who can accurately diagnose you and recommend the appropriate treatment.

Already answered: Probably you have an anal fissure especially if it is a tearing sensation with a bowel movement. You need to see a colorectal surgeon for confirmation and appropriate treatment.
