What if geodon (ziprasidone) was dosed all at night bc it was sedating me in the mornings?

Better tolerated: Although theoretically Geodon (ziprasidone) is supposed to be dosed twice daily with meals, it can cause unwanted sedation during waking hours. In my experience, most patients tend to tolerate Geodon (ziprasidone) better when taken at night with the dinner meal, especially at higher doses. Adherence is also improved due to once daily dosing. Benefit is not compromised. Recommend discussing with your doctor first. Best.
