Go to urgent care/MD: The symptoms you describe are likely related to an external ear infection most likely and possible middle ear infection. These are best treated with a good examination and possible cleaning of the ear canal, ear drops, and to avoid water in the ear. You should go to your local urgent care, your primary physician or see an ENT doctor as soon as possible to get the right diagnosis and treatment.
