Not related: Hypothyroidism is a different disease than PCOS. They are not related so taking your thyroid medication is not going to impact your PCOS. PCOS does not only occur in obese patients. Many thin patients have PCOS. An Obgyn can help you with PCOS

PCOS: I assume you mean polycystic ovarian syndrome. Not all people with PCOS are obese. It consists of irregular periods, insulin resistance, elevated androgens, hirsutism. You may benefit from seeing an Endocrinologist to have this fully worked up.
