Take your medicine.: If you have PCOS, you probably aren't ovulating. If you aren't ovulating, you don't make Progesterone the A at half of your cycle like you should. Taking Progesterone for 10-14 days will then bring on a period. OCPs is another way to regulate your cycle. Neither of these,will help,you get pregnant, if that's your goal.
