Nasal Bridge strap: A competent optician can install a little used device called a bridge strap on the glasses to distribute the weight of the spectacles over a broader area. Alternatively, light weight plastic or titanium frames can be used. Wraparound glare filters are effective but add extra weight. so consider prescription sunglasses or photo-adaptive lens material. Moisturize the red skin at night.
