ENT consult advised: Persistent blockage could indicate the presence of a nasal Polyp or a deviated septum - both conditions can lead to chronic sinus problems. Follow up with your PCM or with an ENT Specialist. If you are having any nasal allergy symptoms, start a 30 day course of OTC Claritin once daily while you are waiting for your routine appt.
