Nose pimiples: If they've really persistent since 8th grade and are still the same, then see a specialist (ears, nose, throat) to get them removed. Nose pimples are pretty common, but are usually infrequent, limited to 1 or 2 at a time, and spontaneously go away in 1-2 weeks. If yours don't behave in the usual way, get them check and removed.

Possible retin A (tretinoin): See a local dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon there are a few options dermabrasion retin a antibiotic cream warm moist packs-i.e. Camomile tea.
