Must see your doctor: before permanent injury , as spinal cord injury is non reversible . Your doctor will evaluate that the pressure is not on spinal cord by examination , tests etc , even may need surgery .

Surgery: If you have had three epidural injections and still hurting, surgery becomes a consideration. The other option is just time pursue other types of nonoperative care such as therapy or chiropractic care. But in general, if someone is in severe pain unrelieved by epidurals, usually consider surgery there best alternative.
