Hand Surgery: It sounds like you need to visit a hand surgeon in clinic. Hopefully, you just bruised your fingers, however, you need a full exam of your hand to determine if any fracture, dislocation , nerve, blood vessel or ligament damage has occurred. Ice your fingers and splint them to protect them and make an appointment as soon as possible with the appropriate specialist. Good luck

Sprain: This is consistent with a sprained joint which will heal after resting from strain for a week or so. However if the other injuries caused chronic problems with the joint it would be advisable to see a hand surgeon to evaluate the joint and advise you about any serious damage and what treatment,if any,may be recommended in order to avoid chronic damage to this finger.
