Can epididymitis + cystitis be signs of (bladder) cancer? (no infection diagnosed, 2 week of preventive antibiotic, still blood in urine 1 week after)

If you have: painless hematuria, it is cardinal sign of neoplasm of urinary tract. At your age, cancer is not likely, but benign tumors can also cause this. Consult with a urologist if hematuria persists despite treatment with antibiotics.
