Yes. May be bladder wall lining cells showing up in urine. Can show trace if blood or even bloody urine.

The hallmark of interstitial cystitis is sterile pyuria (white cells in the urine with negative culture). When the white cell count is high enough the urine will be come turbid (cloudy).
