Nerves or heat..: When you get down to it, there are only a couple of reasons for your feet to turn red. Either they are being colored by the dye from the socks or shoes or your feet are having a physiological response to something. The redness is due to the dilation of the very small blood vessels in your feet. the increased blood flow causes a redness to you skin.
