Does IC mean: interstitial cystitis? If so, then you would need to be careful with any medications you take, since you are with child. For bladder pain, there is local lidocaine injections requiring clinician intervention, and AZO or phenazopyridines which are pregnancy category B. And thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
