"Pre-eclampsia" involves higher blood pressure, so monitoring your twin pregnancy is essential, with hospital admission and administration of steroids to treat pre-maturity at a stage in pregnancy prior to term where blood pressure is an increasingly dangerous factor in fetal viability. Obtain a referral to a university OB "maternal fetal medicine" specialist to manage this.
