Right sided: Persistent discomfort in the right lower abdomen raises the question of appendicitis. Other right sided discomfort conditions include kidney problems like stones or gall bladder and liver inflammation. I recommend that you be examined forthwith by a physician if symptoms are still present. by a physician if symptoms persist.
