Joint: At 30 years of age the should joint should be fluid unless there has been a previous injury. There should be full range of motion with crepitus or noise in the joint. Certainly if you are experiencing issues then further assessment is warranted

Noises: These noises and sensations are bones, tendons and ligaments moving. They are more common in older people and people with chronic shoulder joint disorders. I recommend that you be evaluated by an orthopedic specialist for possible shoulder dysfunction and to get advice about whether your exercises are causing harm.

Need better posture: Lots of things cause clicking and popping in the shoulders. Typically if you are not having pain from the clicking and popping you don't have much to worry about. The posture thing can cause abnormal shoulder motion because of your shoulder blade. The shoulder blade (or scapula) actually controls where the arm is positioned in space. You need to work on scapular mechanics with physical therapy

See your GP: Recommended treatment for crepitus will depend on its cause. You should see your doctor for evaluation, tests and treatment.
