BP: It is still within normal limits but if your thyroid is under active this may be causing it to be lower than it usually is

SymptomaticHypotensi: I am not worried about your blood pressure being low,which it is.But the concern is it is making you dizzy. You should contact your doctor and get a thorough examination and may need blood tests etc.Another concern is that you say you have Hypothyroidism,but you are not on thyroid replacement. Go to your doctor and get examined and treated approriately
