I have sinus bradycardia, juvenile t wave inversion . i am always exhausted even without doing anything and always feel dizzy and almost fainted when they extracted blood from me. tsh, ft4 level are low normal. i am 19 yo female. should i be worried?

A cardiac evaluation is recommended and if you have had COVID 19 infection recently or in the past, please let your PCP know and request a referral. Other considerations include a pulmonary condition including a pulmonary embolism and valvular disease. A chest image and evaluation of pulse oximetry is recommended. Watch for shortness of breath, fainting and swelling. COVID 19 booster recommended.
