Clear liquid diet: Best to just take a clear liquid diet until the diarrhea stops. Clear liquids are anything you can see through. Here's a link: http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/clear-liquid-diet/art-20048505 Avoid the foods with added sugar and artificial colors. Once the diarrhea resolves you can advance your diet slowly with easy to digest foods.

Threptin biscuits: are high calorie protein supplements made especially for those with special dietary needs, largely purchased by those in India. I don't think there would be any harm in eating them when you have diarrhea, but the usual food recommended is more bland: bananas, rice, oatmeal, applesauce. There is really no specific food that will, in and of itself, help diarrhea. If persists, see your Doctor.
